Ratan Tata is a great industrialist of India, former chairman of Tata Group and a generous person. Ratan Tata was made the chairman of the Tata Group in 1991 and retired from the post after 21 years of working in the post. But Ratan Tata continues to hold the position of chairman of the 'Tata Group Charitable Trust'.

Ratan Tata early life:-
Ratan Tata was born on 28 December 1937 in Surat city of Gujarat. When Ratan was 10 years old, his parents (Naval Tata-Sonu Tata) formally divorced each other. He and his brother Jimmy were then taken over by their grandmother Navajbai Tata And raised them very well.
Ratan Tata education qualification:-
Ratan got his early education at Campion School in Mumbai. He did his secondary education from the Cathedral and John Cannon School, after which he went abroad for further studies. Where he earned a structural engineering degree in BS architecture from Cornell University in 1962. He then completed his Advanced Management Program in 1975 from Howard Business School.
Ratan Tata career:-
After finishing his studies, he returned to India and worked in the Tata group. Initially, he worked with Tata Steel on the shop floor. A few years later he was appointed director in charge of the National Radio and Electronics Company (NALCO). After that, he was appointed as the chairman of Tata Industries. And Ratan Tata was made the chairman of the Tata Group after JRD Tata relinquished the position of Chairman of Tata Group. Ratan Tata has the hard work and creative mind in everything from Tata Salt to Tata Software. With the thought of the smallest and cheapest car that even a common man can buy, he launched the Nano car in the market. According to one magazine, Ratan Tata donates 66% of his capital. An epidemic like Kovid-19 engulfed the country, In such a financial crisis, Tata & Group gave a fund of 1500 crores out of its capital.
Although today Ratan Tata has retired as the chairman of 'Tata Group' but he is still working for out young generation. Even today, Ratan Tata thinks of something creative with new innovative ideas, so that the new young generation can get employment. We should learn from Ratan Tata that a unique and creative thinking is the key to our success.
